Noxious Weed Wash Operator
(No experience required, 18yrs or older)
You and another employee will work together in a fire camp operating a noxious weed wash station. The weed wash's goal is to remove noxious weeds from heavy machinery and other vehicles coming in and off the fire lines.

Must be able to lift 50 lbs

Able to be on your feet for extended periods of time

Have knowledge of small engines, and pumps or be willing to learn

You must maintain a courteous and professional attitude with co-workers and fire personnel
You will live at your specified fire camp until the end of your rotation either in a tent or, when available, a trailer.
Water Tender Operator
(CDL with tank endorsement, 2yrs experience, clean DOT driving record, and current DOT medical required)
You will be the sole operator during your shift driving a non-potable water tender. Duties include dust abatement, drafting from various water sources, bringing water to fire engines, and providing non-potable water as directed.
If not currently holding a RT-130 (red card) You must be able to attend a RT-130 Fireline refresher course prior to June of that season.
You will live at your specified fire camp until the end of your rotation either in a tent or, when available, a trailer.
Handwash Station Operator
(No experience required, 18yrs or older)
You will work by yourself maintaining a hand washing unit in camp. Duties include maintaining a professional relationship with camp facility managers, making sure the unit is clean, fully stocked and the systems fully operable. The hand washing unit's goal is to provide fire fighters and base camp staff a clean space to take care of their hygienic needs.
Knowledge of light machinery is helpful but not required.
You will live at your specified fire camp until the end of your rotation either in a tent or, when available, a trailer.

TRAINING
We work hands-on with all our employees to ensure that you fully understand the equipment and tasks required of you at the job site. You will have the opportunity to work helping firefighters in base camps and learn new technical and mechanical skills.

GREAT PAY
Working with us in fire camps is a great way to make money over the summer! All meals are provided for you for you during your time in the field. We also offer competitive wages with opportunities for promotions and advancement.
